Please do not use the website or purchase our products should you disagree with these terms.

- Use the website to harass, threaten, impersonate, or harm another person
We may suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe these terms have been violated.
Products and Availability
We make reasonable efforts to display product colors, dimensions, descriptions, and images accurately. Displays and colors may vary by device, and minor differences may occur.
All products are subject to availability. We may:
- Limit quantities
- Restrict sales by customer, location, or jurisdiction
- Discontinue products
- Modify product descriptions or pricing
- Cancel or refuse orders as permitted by law
Limited-edition, pre-order, made-to-order, collaboration, promotional, and final-sale products may be governed by additional terms disclosed on the applicable product page.
Prices and Payment
Prices are displayed in the currency indicated on the website and may change without notice.
Taxes, shipping charges, duties, and other fees may be added during checkout where applicable.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, payment, shipping, and account information.
Payment may be processed through providers such as Shopify Payments, Shop Pay, PayPal, or Afterpay. Your use of those services may also be governed by the provider’s separate terms.
Orders
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated order confirmation does not necessarily mean that we have accepted the order.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for reasons including:
- Product unavailability
- Pricing or description errors
- Suspected fraud
- Payment authorization failure
- Shipping restrictions
- Violation of purchase limits
- Violation of these Terms of Service
Should we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will issue the applicable refund to the original payment method.
Cancellations
Cancellation requests must be submitted before an order is fulfilled.
We cannot guarantee cancellation once processing has begun. Pre-order, made-to-order, limited-edition, customized, or final-sale orders may not be eligible for cancellation.
To request cancellation, contact sales@harbour-usa.com as soon as possible and include your order number.
Shipping and Delivery
Shipping terms, processing times, international delivery information, and responsibility for address accuracy are described in our Shipping, Returns & Exchanges Policy, which is incorporated into these terms.
Delivery dates are estimates unless otherwise expressly stated. Delays may occur because of carriers, customs processing, weather, demand, or circumstances outside Harbour’s reasonable control.
Risk of loss and legal title transfer according to applicable law and the shipping terms presented during checkout.
Returns and Exchanges
Return, exchange, store-credit, final-sale, and restocking-fee conditions are described in our Shipping, Returns & Exchanges Policy.
Customers are responsible for reviewing that policy before purchasing.
Nothing in our policies limits rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable consumer-protection law.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for complying with the laws and import requirements of their destination.
Duties and taxes may be calculated during checkout when a duties-paid service is available. Customs processing and carrier delays may affect delivery estimates.
Certain products or destinations may be unavailable because of legal, customs, carrier, or logistical restrictions.
Promotions and Discount Codes
Promotional offers may:
- Apply only to selected products
- Have eligibility requirements
- Expire without extension
- Exclude prior purchases
- Exclude taxes, shipping, duties, gift cards, or selected products
- Be limited to one use per customer
- Be non-combinable with other offers
Harbour may modify, suspend, or cancel a promotion when permitted by law, including where fraud, technical errors, misuse, or unauthorized distribution occurs.
Discounted items may be final sale when clearly identified before purchase.
Accuracy of Information
We make reasonable efforts to keep website information accurate. Nevertheless, typographical errors, inaccurate descriptions, incorrect prices, omissions, and availability errors may occur.
We may correct errors and update information at any time. Where an error affects an order, we may contact you, offer an appropriate correction, or cancel and refund the affected order.

- You have the right to submit it

Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Service.

This disclaimer does not exclude warranties or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Harbour Clo LLC and its owners, officers, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages arising from use of the website, inability to use the website, or purchase or use of products.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent allowed by applicable law.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions or limitations of liability. In those jurisdictions, the relevant limitations apply only to the extent legally permitted.
Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Harbour Clo LLC and its owners, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and reasonable expenses arising from:

Harbour will not be responsible for a delay or failure caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, labor disruptions, carrier delays, customs delays, government actions, war, civil unrest, public-health emergencies, utility failures, or internet and technology disruptions.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the website where we reasonably believe you violated these terms, engaged in fraud, threatened security, or used the website unlawfully.
Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including intellectual-property, liability, indemnification, and governing-law provisions—will remain in effect.
Governing Law and Venue
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer laws require otherwise.
Subject to rights that cannot legally be waived, disputes relating to these terms, the website, or Harbour purchases will be brought in the appropriate state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
International and out-of-state customers may retain mandatory rights available under the laws of their place of residence.
Severability
Should any part of these terms be found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect. The affected provision will be enforced to the greatest extent permitted by law.
No Waiver
Our failure to enforce a provision does not waive our right to enforce it later.
Assignment
You may not assign your rights or obligations under these terms without our written permission.
Harbour may assign these terms in connection with a merger, sale, financing, reorganization, or transfer of all or part of its business, subject to applicable law.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service periodically.
The revised terms will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the website after changes take effect constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
